Circuit Safeguarding Review

Building on the fact that ultimate responsibility for safeguarding within the circuit lies with the Circuit Meeting I am asking 3 people to complete separate forms:

Section 1 should be completed by a Circuit Steward.
Circuit Safeguarding Review – Steward
If you have the following information to hand, then the form should take no more than 5 minutes to complete

• A basic understanding of information on the Circuit Website
• A understanding of the content of the Circuit Facebook page (if applicable)
• The date the circuit formally adopted the current safeguarding policy

Section 2 should be completed by the Circuit Superintendent. It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
Circuit Safeguarding Review – Superintendent

Section 3 should be completed by the Circuit Safeguarding Officer. This form should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
If you have a team approach to circuit safeguarding, please will you ensure all members have opportunity to contribute.
