We are widening our opportunities for contemplative practice by offering Contemplative Walking on the first Thursday of each month during the summer months.
We will meet at Whirlow for a brief introduction by the leader and then walk slowly and in silence in the local area for about 45 minutes.
We will then return to Whirlow to share our experience. The evening will run from 7pm to 8.30pm at the latest.
No need to book but donations welcome. Full details here: Contemplative Walking
