The Stationing Forum takes place every year, usually in July.
This is for the Superintendents and at least one Circuit Steward from each to meet together with District Chair, the Lay Stationing Rep and the Mission Enabler to chat about their hopes and dreams for the future. Not just looking at the stationing of ministers in the next year, but to consider all their staffing needs for future years, along with their hopes and aspirations.
