When selling a property, it's important in depth, accurate and transparent information is clear from the outlook and include a proposal of where the money could be used now and, in the future, and also include enough detail so that someone with no prior knowledge of the church or building can have all the understanding they need to make an informed decision. Projects will not be considered unless project details have been fully filled out.

A small note on the phasing of work that is split into phases or spreads across multiple properties, when uploading these on the system, please ensure the first two words be used as a title to identify that it is part of a wider project so they can be linked together.
