GDPR Annual checklist – Reporting

The checklist drafted by TMCP summarises the practical steps that all Local Churches, Circuits and Districts must take to ensure their data protection practices are robust. The full background to the checklist can be found on the TMCP website here: Annual Check List

To simplify the reporting process an online form has been developed. which will automatically update both the Sheffield District Data Champion and TMCP as the Data Controllers.

User Guide to the GDPR online form

The form will look different from previous years, as TMCP are using Microsoft Forms. Please take care when filling the form in, as you will not be able to edit it later.

• All required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

• If you are a Methodist Church, you will be following Methodist Data Protection Procedures.
• If the church is in a Local Ecumenical Partnership (LEP) and are not following the Methodist procedures, you will be asked if the Managing Trustee body is independently registered with ICO, and if not, whose processes you are following.

• Each church and circuit managing trustee body needs to submit this form to show that they are complying with the TMCP requirements.

• The deadline for completion is 31 May.
