On-Line Training

Check 9 in the Data Protection Annual Checklist is "Identify Training Needs". Although this does refer to data protection, it is also the opportunity to think about what other training you or your church/circuit might appreciate.
As a starting point, Katrin is planning to run a series of short training sessions on a range of IT features that you may find useful, for example Setting up a Mail Merge to help check data. Details will be published in the weekly mailing.

Training and Learning Opportunities

Deep Talk training opportunities

Deep Talk uses stories in the sand as a stimulus for conversations that address big questions of life and build community. It helps people bring their whole selves to a situation, learn to listen to their inner voice and to listen and talk with others in a way that is appreciative and reflective, which strengthens community.

The wisdom stories are suitable for both adults and children in a secular setting. Faith stories can also be shared using the Deep Talk approach.
