district induction sept 23

We have a number of new Ministerial appointment to our District.

Welcome services have been taking place over the last few weeks and we are delighted they have joined us.

It has also been a pleasure to see that others have chosen to retire into this area

We also held our District Induction at Victoria Hall, Sheffield last week where we welcomed everyone who has joined roles within our district over the last year, this includes all lay employees and ordained ministers.

Acting District Chair, Julie Coates said: "We entered Stationing for this year with some significant vacancies, which were all filled. This means that we have been blessed with lots of new people moving into the Sheffield District.

"The induction day is a time for us to welcome everyone who has started roles within the district over the last 12 months. It's a great way to learn about the life of the district and to spend time together in fellowship.

"Each year we place out trust and faith in God and allow the Holy Spirit to put the right people in the right places. We are delighted with the appointments made and I am looking forward to seeing what happens within the district over the next year and beyond."
