Representative Synod – Spring 2021

Saturday 24th April 2020 from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Ordinarily, we would have held a longer, full-day Synod at this point in the year, but given the manner of our meeting, and the fact that we have already given a full morning to the GILUU Report in February, we are keeping to morning timings on this occasion. Despite not being able to gather physically, I hope that the Synod will still be an informative, encouraging and inspiring experience for us all. At a time in our nation when we are starting to see a lessening of the social restrictions brought about as a result of the Covid19 pandemic, we are delighted to have as our keynote speaker for the morning, Reverend Tom Stuckey (President of the Methodist Conference, 2005-2006). Tom will be speaking on the topic of "Covid19- God's wakeup call?"
