Lay Employment Panel

The Lay Employment Panel supports the District HR Officer, in exercising of their role of approving all new employed roles in the district and its circuits and churches, and in termination of any employed roles.
It works to support both line managers and employees, and approves guidance, policies and standardised terms for employing bodies within the district.
