There are many outside organisations offering support and training to those working with Children, Youth and Families. Here are a few examples.
Messy Church is a way of being church for families and others. It is Christ-centred, for all ages, based on creativity, hospitality and celebration. They offer training session as well as additional resources.

Aurora Youth is designed for those already doing youth work in their local church, who love the young people they work with, but have had no formal youth work training.
Aurora children is for anyone aged 16+ working with children in church, community or school. A child-centred course, suitable for those just beginning to work with children and for those who have done so for many years. Through input, guided reading, sharing, activities and reflection on your own practice, you will be empowered to find a fresh focus.
