Lay Leadership Skills

The Learning Network offer an annual training day exploring leadership for lay people working in the Methodist Church: youth; children; family; and community leaders; class leaders; lay missioners; and local pastors.

They will be exploring the themes of:

• Leadership styles and skills
• Leading meetings
• Managing volunteers
• Encouraging participation
• Team and group dynamics
• Conflict Styles
