District Policy

to encourage, resource and facilitate mission at local church and circuit level
to represent the District to those outside the Church on matters of public concern and to support those pieces of Methodist work for which no local church or circuit can take sole responsibility
to encourage partnership and dialogue with other denominations and with other faiths
to fulfil such other statutory responsibilities as are required by the Methodist Conference.
