The Ashram Trust

The Ashram Community is a group of about fifty people, spread around Britain, who have joined together to support each other in discipleship to the radical Jesus today.
They meet four times a year as a whole Community, and in regional branches more frequently, to create and sustain the community’s life and the discipleship of individual members .
Their Community has members of all ages, and the gatherings often include children.

Most members belong to some Christian denomination, and are busy with all kinds of secular commitments. What they gain from Ashram Community is the provocation to radical discipleship. This expresses itself in various ways, such as practical Gospel study, seeking the calls which are relevant today, and helping each other with the hard decisions they lead to.
